Landmark just completed an excellent job installing a Certainteed roof, Marvin windows and replaced cedar siding with  Hardie siding on our 1979 Kirkland home. We researched all the products and endured lengthy sales presentations from 4 different companies. Rener assured us they use the best products and employ their own crews, not subcontractors. As we closely monitored their progress, it became evident that we made the right choice for our home and they were doing things the right way. Their roofing crew is top-notch, demonstrating true craftsmanship in handling flashing the tricky spots and the chimney. The only hiccup in the process was related to the windows, but that wasn't Landmark's fault; it was a window issue. When a window didn't function correctly, they meticulously checked everything, and Vatali even removed and proved that the installation was plumb and true. This illustrates their commitment to doing things right. Vatali and his team are skilled craftsmen who consistently deliver excellent work. When asking questoins his sense of humor may take some getting used to, but his humor eventually grows on you. The beautiful work they did always brings a smile to my face. While the additional costs for sheeting and the installation of lights that may seem high at first glance, when compared to other quotes, Landmark's prices fall within the middle-to-low range. We hired landmark roof and siding in last summer for reroofing our old cedar shake shingles into Davinci synthetic multi width shingles and replaced our old gutters. Rener, the owner, is very friendly and easy to communicate. The prices are fair. And they are on time and the crew are professional and finished the whole work fast and clean. Everything is good. Except our new gutters has some leaking later, due to last winter’s heavy snow caused some screws loosen. I  texted Rener for the repair.
